This 6 week course is designed to build and maintain a regular meditation practice. If you are new to meditation, or perhaps practice to sporadically to fully enjoy the benefits, then this course is for you.
Learn and practice in a small group over the course of 6 weekly hour long classes in Maroubra. The program will allow for a gradual and natural introduction to the practice and give you the information to build your own unique routine.
The course includes a handbook with tools and advice and an easy to follow and maintain program to help unlock the power that a regular meditation practice brings.
